This looks very much like the café and ice cream parlour known as TheTognarelli café. I used to be taken as a child by my dad for an ice cream treat in the very late 40’s. Super ice cream.
It was a very popular Sunday afternoon meeting place for teenagers in the mid 50’s. It was situated on the upper storey of Burton’s (the tailor) shop on Bradshawgate, although the entrance was round the corner on the street that ran from Bradshawgate to Victoria Square
