Could be Yates’s Wine Lodge as the poster behind the bar has Yates Bros & Co written at the bottom.
Good clue spotting- we’ll have a look in the local history archives and see if we can find any photos or information to support the identification. Thanks!
The blackboard (back right) and wine barrel have “Wine Lodge” written on them.
Not a hundred percent certain, but I’d hazard a gues that’s the old Yates’s Wine Lodge. Not many pubs had bars that size and the oak barrel is another clue.
